Decisions, Decisions

Every writer needs a little inspiration once in a while. For today’s prompt, your character is wrestling with a life-changing decision.

I'm a recent convert to the Survivor fandom—and, yes, I'm talking about the hit reality television show where people live on a beach and vote each other out one by one as they compete in physical and mental challenges.

The thing that I think is most interesting about the show is that so much of it depends on the competitor's confidence. Do you have faith in your decisions? Are you able to trust your gut? As paranoia sets in, are you able to stay the course and commit?

For this week, your character is wrestling with a life-changing decision.

Post your response (500 words or fewer) in the comments below.
