In movies and hour-long TV dramas depicting doctors and lawyers, the main characters rarely perform what the do most of te day, viz., deal with paperwork and insurance industries.

That said, please do not what a bunch of movies or shows wherein the main character is a writer. For the most part, directors rarely show the main character doing what he or she does half of the day. viz, write. There's pretending to be a writer, and then there's writing.
