Steph Magister

Steph Magister is a transgender author turned editor turned author. After sporadic success as a short story writer, she finished grad school and rose to work as a senior editor for a variety of publishers under the name @Stephen_Edits. Several of her authors won awards, hit the USA Today bestseller lists, and held the top sales rankings for the respective publisher’s imprint for several years running. She continues to work as a freelance editor, to volunteer as a mentor for organizations like Pitch Wars, and to write her own fiction again. She’s a lot better now that she takes her own advice.
