Anna Mitchael

Anna Mitchael is a Louisiana-born writer based in Texas. In her 25-year career she has worked as an advertising copywriter and creative director, Deputy Editor of Magnolia Journal, and is a bestselling ghostwriter. For 14 years Anna has written a monthly column in Wacoan, the city magazine of Waco, Texas, where she moonlights as a scrappy and spirited advice-giver named “Boots.”  Anna and her husband live in Waco but spend as much time as they can in Mosheim, Texas, a middle-of-nowhere place where the internet is wonderfully inconsistent and their three children can roam free.
