Roger Carlton

Roger Carlton is a veteran city manager, community strategist, and civic problem-solver. Raised in Miami, Florida during the era of civil rights and Vietnam-era upheaval, Carlton’s early experiences with responsibility, inequality, and resilience forged the leadership instincts that would later define his profession. Carlton served as City Manager for multiple Florida municipalities, including Miami Beach, one of the nation’s most complex, politically charged, and high-stakes destinations.
