You may be able to expand a hapter of your book into another book. In Guerrilla Marketing Attack, Jay Levinson wrote a chapter containing a hundred marketing weapons and a two-line description of each one. For Guerrilla Marketing Weapons, he wrote two pages about each one. Once you finis your outline, ask yourself if any chapters are overviews of other books. This will increase the salability of your book.
