    Another Day of the Same

    Shuffling two by twos
    Scrapping shoes
Down the hall that is too small for the bodies crammed inside
This prison like campus where everyone seems to hide
    Voices shout to be heard
The shout above the noise and hurt
But no one is listening to the voice that isn’t screaming
The one that is just screening
    Against the bullshit
    Trying to get through it
The voice that is heard but not really
    The one that feels silly
That voice that yearns to be set free
    To scream
    Yet still they plow on
    To yet another dawn
    Day same as last day
Until the day that gives them away
The paper that lets the voice out
The day they finally get to shout
