Howdy – I’m one of those lost souls who likes the idea of writing, but haven’t really done what I should in the field.

I get a kick out of software for data handling or writing. I have a self-help book I’d like to write. I’ve outlined it (5900 words worth of outline), and I’ve gotten a start. If nothing else, it’s taught me how to outline. I hope.

I don’t cuss, fume, or talk politics or religion. I come from a writing family, but probably missed the good genes.

    Permission to come aboard?

Wow, I can see the reason for caution regarding new posters. The “Introductions” forum attracts its share of garbage, doesn’t it?

    Some folks, geez.

Welcome to the forums. That it does. A new upgrade is pending. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

Thank you, sir – a pleasure to be able to contribute.

Have a great day, and thanks also for keeping the riff-raff out.
