I have read dozens of books and a lot more websites to learn about how to write a novel.
These are three free web resources that I found very useful.

The snowflake method for designing a novel:
    https://www.advancedfictionwriting.com/articles/snowflake-method/

    Novel writing roadmap:
    https://www.novel-writing-help.com/novel-writing-roadmap.html

How to write a book now:
    https://www.how-to-write-a-book-now.com/

Although I have found many other resources, they are either very specialised and limited in scope, or were not nearly as helpful as the ones noted.

If you have any favorites then please post them here for use of all new novelists who arrive at the WD forum and are looking for help with their novels.

That having been said, any links that are extremely useful for specific areas such as plots, character, setting, theme, organising, outlining, editind, etc. that would be of interest to new novelists are useful so please add those here too.
