Okay guys and gals. I only have maybe one pop at lunch time, and maybe I’ll drink half of an energy drink when I’m sluggish, just to pick me up. The napping thing, I don’t know. If I’m tired, I’ll sleep for a while, like two three hours and then I’ll accomplish less. I guess I’ll have to find the right balance that doens’t effect my health too much. But thanks for the ideas and for the personal info on all the coffee drinking.
