I have 3 cups of tea per day. 1 cup of organic green tea and honey in the morning, 1 cup of organic black (darjeeling) in the afternoon, and 1 cup of japanese green with hibiscus and ginko leaf in the evening. That averages out to about 130 mg of caffeine, or 2.25 cups of coffee equivalent.
I also have a small piece of bitter chocolate (100% cacao) in the morning. It gives me a lift.
Back in college I used to drink coffee and energy drinks all the time, but I haven’t had either in nearly 3 years. I find I have more energy now than I did then.
