I drink two cups of joe a day, at max. No energy drinks or pep pills. But I don’t use it to stay awake. Just enjoyment. You just have to organize sleeping habits that allow you time but don’t detract from your health. Did you know that Da Vinci slept only 20 minutes every four hours that he was awake? (as far as I know, this was Da Vinci, correct me if I’m wrong) I’m not suggesting you actually go that far, but I’m saying that a lot can be accomplished when you get your sleep under control.
