Do you like brothy soup, or thick? I like to throw a bunch of chopped up veggies, (Carrots, Celery, Radishes, and whatever else I have around the house) Garlic cloves (Cut into quarters) Mushrooms, Shallots, onions, 1 potato, and bunch of random seasonings, and a handful or raw rice. Add a chicken breast, fill the pot with water just so it covers everything, and let it cook for about 3 hours. At the end, add some heavy whipping cream, and ENJOY. (It’s SOOOOO good.)
