“Snuck” is not in the dictionary or the thesaurus; the past tense seems to be “sneaked.” You said you’ve used it many times; some alternates per Roget are:

creep, crawl, scramble, scrabble, grovel, go on hands and knees, go on all fours, worm, snake, inch, steal, *****foot, slink, prowl, and tiptoe,

in case you tire of “sneak.”
