“Elizabeth, Yes, Jesus forgave the woman caught in the act of adultery. But He was/is God. He is the only one who can do that”

I beg to differ:) Colossians 3:13 Forgive, as the Lord forgave you. We have been given the power to forgive just as the Teachers of the law and the Pharisees had that day. They chose to judge and stone her while He forgave and gently told her to go on her way and sin no more.

“But he DID warn with love. (i.e. Nicodemus. You Must be born again of water and of the spirit. When God says it, that settles it.) “

Amanda, Did Jesus go seek out Nicodemus or did Nocodemus seek Him? Nicodemus sought out Jesus in the dark of night. John 3.
As did the tax collector, The demon possessed, the prostitute, the thief, because He drew them to Himself.

Of course we explain to people who do not know the Truth what the Truth is, but we can only do so IF the Holy Spirit has prepared both hearts and led them to us and us to them. If it is coming from head knowledge or self-righteousness it’s as filthy rags and powerless to save.

How many loving Christians have you witnessed outside abortion clinics or porn stores sharing the love of Jesus? I haven’t seen any. I have seen people claiming to be Christians screaming hatful words and condemning those entering those places. Most of the placards scream, You’re going straight to Hell!
Very few if any state, Jesus loves you and died to save you! And that’s my point, if the Holy Spirit is not present in the sharing of any part of the gospel then it’s not alive and not capable of saving anyone. Saying you are doing something out of duty speaks more about fear than love. It is not my duty to do anything it is my privilege and great joy.

Matt 7:1-5 Don’t judge.

Matt 7:6 Don’t give pearls to pigs you might get trampled and torn to peices:) Anyone like to tell me what this verse means?

Acts 6:10 but they could not stand up against his wisdom or the Spirit by whom he spoke.
