I drink tons of water. If I’m not drinking coffee, I’m drinking water. I actually have eye issues where the muscles don’t work right and overexerting them (aka: watching too much tv, staring at a computer screen, watching a 2+ hour long moive, not getting enough shut eye, reading a book in four hours) gives me headaches. Head on doesn’t work. The only thing that works is darkness and relaxation, which I don’t have time for, so I deal with them alright.
