Eegads! What ever you do, don’t give up. All you’re doing then is guaranteeing failure.

Well, if I may put my legal briefs on for a moment, I agree with the above that you should give her a chance to work on it. But if she really wants to bail on the project and you want to continue on, I highly recommend that you write up a quitclaim for her to sign. It’s really nothing fancy (but it sounds scary). It’s a letter that you both sign that says that you’re going to proceed and she will not come back later when you’re making millions of dollars and say that she deserves half (or more).

That said, if you do become a millionaire, I would most definitely give her some fair portion. For her children, by God!
