I used to send Christams letters, especially when I was married, but I don’t anymore.  I have a hard enough time getting those Christams cards out. But, on the cards- I’m really going to try this year, really I am.

Lisa, is the picture in your avatar you?

Yes, but it’s all screwy on here.  I don’t know why.  It’s the staff photo the Tribune uses for my column.  Thought I’d get all creative, and it makes me look like I’m missing a few teeth.

HHH, I was wondering about the missing teeth.  Glad to know it’s just the picture.  Have you tried using Picassa?  You can take a high quality photo and export it to something with fewer pixels that you can use for the forum.  Everything I’ve reduced down has turned out pretty decent.

Sorry, got sidetracked.

I used to pride myself in handwriting every Christmas card I sent and trying to “keep it personal.”  I quit for awhile, but since getting married have started back up with sending cards again.  It is not my favorite thing in the world.  I’ve got shoe boxes of Christmas cards I received over the years that I just never had the heart to get rid of.  Don’t know why.  Not like there’s more than a signature in some of them.
