No, quite the contrary. I have no problem with creativity. I have been known to write 10,000 words in a single day. The freedom comes to me in the time I spend on my project. The prison, albeit in my head, comes from the world around me. Perhaps it is my past of thievery and deception. No one fears being stolen from so much as a thief.
Looking at it like a jail break from prison is a kind of fun way to look at it.
