I always loved dandelions, especially for their amazing transformation from puckered green bud to rich yellow blossom to wondrous delicate white seedlings. We had them all over where I grew up in northern Arizona. This poem brings back memories of those childhood, focussed explorations.
Also, as with your other Spring poems, it evokes the perennial sensuality of the season.
Thanks for the write!
I love your description of their transformation. It makes my mouth water.:emoticon:
