==I have never heard of "spoonerize" before.==
I think, technically, there's no such word. It's not a recognized verb, as far as I can tell.

But the meaning was clear to me. It refers to a spoonerism.

"These are named after the Oxford don and ordained minister William Archibald Spooner, who was famous for doing this."

Slowly putting together a "replacement" forum at http://writerswriting.proboards.com.

It's still under construction, but come take a look.

Y'know, if you spent less time denigrating others, and dismissing anything you don't understand, I could take that as a moment of humor.

But, sad truth, I saw that as nothing more than an attempt to divert from your wrongful use of the idea.

You're going to see this as a personal attack, but I feel that I have to try: Stop bring so negative about ideas and about people. I might actually start to see you as a person once more.

well.....

it is a personal attack
that is what you and osteralla do

it was humor
you are too hardcore left to have ability to know humor

tell ostarella to put a lid on her attacks with her logical fallacy laden know it all attitude
and we would all get along much better

and fyi
they teach about spoonerising to teachers to help them with students
so it is definitely a real word

English 5-11: A guide for teachers - Google Books Result

David Waugh, ‎Wendy Jolliffe - 2016 - ‎Education
... in English, and that words beginning with vowels are difficult to spoonerise. ...

First william was frustrating; then he was irritating; then he was comical; now he's just tiresome.

There's that hubris again, @mike m.

That you get to declare what others do or don't believe.

Here's a hint: You don't have that power OR authority.

@mike m:
It's really not a personal attack.

Those are your posts. Own them. At least be willing to see them. Again, so far as I can see, you've not done that. Not even once.

Do you think you can stop accusing Ostarella long enough to stick just to your own behavior?

Do you believe that arguing about who should stop first is professional behavior? Or, even, adult behavior? Do you honestly believe that calling her names gains you any credibility?

Please, mike, look at your own posts. YOURS. Are they the best side of you?
