Hello and a comment about "contact us" on WD

Postby Nimen Nihil » Thu Aug 17, 2017 12:25 pm

Hello:
One shouldn't have to register for a FORUM in order to address the following:
I spent a lot of time searching for a means of contacting WD about a problem on a web page. However, it seems that someone made the assumption that there would be no reason to contact WD, short of a subscription or product delivery inquiry. But, that is not a good assumption...
Please pass along the following to someone who can do something about it:

On: http://www.writersdigest.com/writing-articles/by-writing-genre/poetry/10-essential-rules-of-poetry
Under: "9. SUBMIT. Consult a resource like Poet’s Market (which I edit)..."
The link:
http://www.writersdigestshop.com/product/poets-market/?r=wdbkar121410Z7425-10poetryessentials
is broken.

Thanks.

Hi, Nimen.

This isn't actually a forum for speaking with WD Staff. It's for users and subscribers. Sort of a community.

But I'm sure one of the moderators here will pass this on.

I can no longer forward anything to anyone.

However, try this: go to the Forum Index page. Scroll down to where you are click "Administrators" - it's in red. Pick an admin whose name is in red, click on it to open a message (PM) box, and forward the broken link. Good luck!
