Writing Dates and Numbers

Postby RahmWrites » Sun Apr 03, 2016 6:56 pm

I've heard you're supposed to write out numbers in words. Does that apply to dates? If so, would I write April Third or April third? And what about the year? Write that out too?
Thanks!

What you "heard" is partially incorrect. Numbers under twenty should be written out. Dates - either way for dates under 20, although I prefer written out to "3rd". You would not capitalize "third". Year? It's way over 20, so write it out.
