Have you ever rented a house\place to write?

Hi there, have you ever rented a house\place\flat somewhere different from where you live to write? Mostly to shake things up and get motivated or just move somewhere with a different environment to get inspired?

It is not really me who rented the place for writing
but all people there were basically tasked to write.
My boss chose a house cause it was less expensive
and we can write anything peacefully without distraction.
Residential areas have better ambiance
and it also makes you write anything because you feel at home.

I went homeless to write about the subject. I was going to write a book about it to open eyes to the problem in America.
I have foud out a few things about the subject. Most people have drugs or booze problems nothing new there. I also found out you can give them help and they will still make signs to beg for money even if they recieve a lot of money too. Most of them are mentaly ill to top it off. It was not fun doing this research for my book. So I might not write the book now. I also found some very taltented people that could draw stuff I could never even come close too. I draw stick people for my taltent.
