This independent book store that hosts big-name authors, book clubs, and anything and everything to do with books. Plus they have a great website.

What makes this spot so great for writers? They have really good food, and it's never that crowded, so you can always get the good tables :) Almost all of the tables have outlets to plug in your laptop if your battery is running low. You can stay there all afternoon if you want and they don't rush you, and they actually play good music in case you forgot your headphones. As far as I'm concerned, this placce is like the writer's hidden gem in south county :)
