I was invited to be a part of the National Library Campaign this year, "Create Your Own Story at the Library." This takes place in April. My art will be up for the entire month and stories will accompany many of my pictures. They are covering the cost of the reception, since it is a National Campaign.
This morning I also received word that a poem I submitted was accepted and will be in print mid-February. See letter below:
Dear Don,It is my great pleasure to inform you that your poem “Each Flower Child” has been chosen for publication in the February issue of Four and Twenty, scheduled to release on Tuesday, February 15.
After you’ve had the chance to read through the page, please send us the following by February 8:
- Your name as you want it to appear in the journal
- Your thirty-five word author bio
Congratulations, once again, on having your work selected for Four and Twenty. We are ecstatic about featuring your poetry.
Sincerely,
Publisher, Four and Twenty
