so yeah not only is the paperback available, it's been on Amazon and Barnes & Noble since Sept. 5 and I didn't know it! LOL

Official release date through my publisher is Sept. 30. They will offer it at a discounted price for a week.

The Nook preview looks better than the Kindle preview. But people who have actually downloaded the book say these quirks aren't in their actual downloaded versions. My publisher is going to be away from her computer for a few days, so when she comes back I think I'll address this. The Kindle weirdness seems to be a glitch on their site, not from my publisher.
