Which is Better?

When writing a novel do you prefer chapter names or just chapter numbers?
For example,

Chapter One
or
The Who I am

(Then the chapter starts)

I prefer numbers as it's easier to keep track of where I left off.

I guess I was thinking this was 'either/or' versus the other being 'and'. But then it's late and I should be in bed... :?

Numbers. This way, my brain can take a rest. Thinking up a new title for each chapter is just too much work.

Numbers. I'm lazy, and coming up with titles makes me have to work harder. (That said, please note: in the other thread I admitted I have titles. That's why I know it's more work. ;) )

It would be nice if there are numbers
for every sub-title. Then the novel comes well-prepared.
It gives the reader an idea on where or which part he or she has left. :D

I'm impartial. I like when authors think of something I haven't seen before when separating chapters.
