Toadstools bookstores in Milford and Keene, also Peterborough.  Why? It's personal and all the best writers go there...it's a great place for an up close reading/signing, too.  (it's also where I first fell in love w/Donald Hall...sigh...) Also, Cafe Espresso in Portsmouth for its poetry hoots.  Just too cool.  you can check'em out at www.seacoastwritersassociation.org under events.
