My Writing Partner

... he's just in it for the glory, I think, while I do all the hard work:

Hah! I love the expression on his face. It's like he's sooooo confident he's got influence over this joint project.

very, very cute.

He's adorable. My cats prefer to stand in front of my monitor--it guarantees I'll toss a treat on the floor to get them to move. Thankfully their attention span is short enough they usually wander off after that.

He is a beautiful cat. I used to have a cat and he, too, enjoyed taking over the computer. He sure does look comfortable there. :)

I just had to post that my lovely boy, my writing partner above, passed away the day before Halloween. He was only 4 and to our knowledge completely healthy, but he had a massive seizure of some kind that took him from me in less than 10 minutes. Shocking & unexpected, heartbreaking and devastating.

But I'm glad he sits here still watching over us writers, pushing us onward. :)

I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty Ana. It's amazing the hold they can have on our hearts. Our last cat died quite suddenly too, and I haven't been able to bring myself to get another one.

Thanks, G-Girl. It has been really difficult. But Buster left behind a sister, and I didn't want her to be alone for too long--so there is a new kitty in the household. We're all adjusting! I would urge you to do the same--there are so many that need homes, and it's pretty clear you would provide a good one. :)
