your summer favourites?

Postby LMGilbert » Fri Jul 05, 2013 12:25 pm

What do you like to read in the summer? I really love going through the whole Tintin series with my daughter, and I like re-reading children's books like Nesbit's "Five Children and It" or similar works. I can enjoy adult-oriented books as well in the summertime, usually page turners, murder mysteries, that type of thing.

Mysteries for sure and any book that does not involve concentrating these hot summer days. My brain is too soggy - anything serious can wait until later. Even my children's type of reading is beyond me for now - they are all grown up.
