The Time Machine; H.G. Wells

Postby Lilly Starshine » Sat May 18, 2013 9:01 pm

I found a hardback copy (reprint, of course) of The Time Machine by H.G. Wells. My 8yr old loved the movie Back to the Future and he really likes me to read to him. I found it at a resale shop for a dollar. My mother smiled when I told her and said, "That's nice, dear" Since she was so unimpressed I thought I would tell some people who cared. I love all of you WD forum people. You really do make my day better.

Great book! I've not read it in many years though. I remember getting an HG Wells anthology from the library as a kid... it collected the stories in their original serialised form with original illustrations. Really worth seeking out.
