Note: Guideline Change

Postby Brian » Fri Jan 18, 2008 2:06 am

Hey Everyone,

Due to a glitch in the system, we will no longer be able to delete Critique Central posts after 30 days. But we have now given you the authority to delete your own posts by going to the post, hitting "Edit" and deleting the text. Once the box is clear, hit "Submit." While the post will still technically be there, your text will not.

Thanks,
Brian

Not sure why someone hasn't noticed this before, but any post can be deleted by any user who posted it, or by any forum mod. We can also delete all posts by a forumite, and even the person who posted them if they are really obnoxious (that means they posted personal attacks or spam, pretty much).

I am glad to know that this forum has given us the opportunity to delete our posts by ourselves. Normally, people always request to the website owners or admins to delete their posts, but it really is a good step.

I don't understand your statement. See my post above.
