For this week’s prompt, write a poem from the perspective of a group of people, other living organisms, or even objects. The key is to make sure it’s a group of something. For instance, write a poem from the perspective of runners, sharks, or computers. Yes, poets would work too.
Here’s my attempt:
“Aliens”
Take us to your leader. We’re here
to take your money and honey
bees. We bring along our bugs and
weeds. We come with grand plans to leave,
but we don’t know when that will be.
