Gnome Attack Roundup: Book on B&N Halloween Endcap; I Speak to Cincinnati SCBWI and Indiana Library Folks

Things with my gnome attack book continue to move along in wonderful and strange ways. The biggest news is that Barnes & Noble has placed in on their “Happy Halloween” endcap, which should run for several weeks.
Besides that, my speaking schedule is starting to ramp up in support of the book. Last Monday, I spoke to the Cincinnati SCBWI (kids writers and illustrators), a great group of people that meet at the Sharonville library on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. Read more

Two very cool things are happening on Monday, Sept. 20, at Joseph Beth Booksellers in Cincinnati.
First, at 5:30, I’m having an open event to celebrate the release of my book, How to Survive a Garden Gnome Attack. The event is open and will have some free snacks (score!).
